Can I do virtual sessions if I do not live close to Chicago?Yes! Virtual options are available over a secure video platform. We hold the majority of our one-on-one sessions virtually and do group workshops in person! Get in contact with us for more details.

How long is a typical individual session?Our individual sessions last around 45-50 minutes.

I've never done anything like this before, what should I expect?We're so happy you are exploring options to improve your mental performance and overall wellbeing! When we are working with new clients, we encourage weekly sessions so we can build a solid cadence and understand fully what would benefit you the most!

What can I expect in the first session?Think of us as the person on the beach with a metal detector. In the first session, we and "search" through a lot of different topics - "scanning" for information, and to get to know you better. Our mental performance coaches will: ▪️Review what brought you to us ▪️Discuss any challenges you've been facing ▪️Assess your strengths ▪️We talk about you and the different aspects of your life ▪️Set up a game plan to accomplish your goals
